Features:

2) Good reliability: The outer coating is PVC plastic resisting water and moisture. 
    The thermal insulation material is non-woven glass fiber cotton with uniform 
    and reliable insulation effect. The inner tube is of fluorplastic, resisting heat 
    and corrosion. The heat tracing material is standard heating tape. All the 
    materials are of integrated manufacture by special machines with long service 
    life
3) Easy installation: The product is of flexible material, and the inner tubes can be 
    connected with the drawn-in attachment joints whose sealing is reliable and 
    disassembling is convenient. The installation process needs not prefabrication, 
    thus the construction period can be shortened. With anti-explosive joints the 
    product can also be applied to anti-explosive occasions

Note:
The specifications are classified by the tube diameter as 6 x 1, 7 x 1, 8 x 1, 8 x 1.5, as can also be custom-made. Please see the sample book or special order for detailed parameters. 

Installation instructions: 
First cut off the required length, and leave a proper length of about 0.5m. Then separate the heating tape from the inner tube carefully, cut the insulation layer of the broken end in the shape of cone and wrap with sealing tapes to avoid moisture. The connection of the inner tube and equipment can use flared joints. The connection of power supply and the heating tape can use standard joint-box or copper clamps with sealing tapes. The flared joints and self-vulcanizing sealing tapes can be provided by users themselves or they can order them from us with the product purchase.
